cUSTOM GIFT ORDERS

HOW DO I PAY FOR CUSTOM GIFTS?

After completion, we will send you an email with a “Pay Invoice Now” button within the invoice that will allow you to pay with credit card. Sometimes these end up in spam, so please check there after you have been notified that your gift has been delivered or shipped. Sometimes it takes a few days to get those invoices out, so if you have not seen an invoice within a week of your order going out, please let us know and we can then send it to you as a .pdf attachment, which often solves the issue. If all else fails, we can send a Paypal link for payment as well. For the safety of your credit card information, we prefer to not take credit card payments via phone.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY CUSTOM GIFT ORDER?

We will confirm your order via email within 24 hours during our business days M-R 10am-5pm. and clarify any questions we might have at that time. Once we have something designed, we will send you a picture and content description of your gift. Any adjustments can be made at that time before shipping or delivery.

CAN YOU PICK UP AN ITEM YOU DON’T HAVE IN INVENTORY?

Yes and no. Due to COVID-19, we have suspended shopping for items we would pick up locally for custom orders until further notice. However, if there is enough time, and if it is a request for an item that could be purchased on Amazon, we will do this. You may also order something online yourself and have it shipped to us to include in your gift. Contact Leigh directly for our shipping address at Leigh@bellavinogifts.com

Within the city limits of Corvallis, Philomath and Albany only. All others ship.

WHAT STATES DO YOU SHIP WINE AND BEER TO?

BEER-within Oregon only. WINE & CIDER-California, Alaska, Idaho, Nebraska, New Mexico, Virginia, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Nevada, West Virginia, Wyoming, North Dakota & within Oregon. 

CAN YOU LEAVE A GIFT WITH ALCOHOL ON THEIR DOORSTEP?

Unfortunately, no. A 21+ adult signature is required for all gifts including alcohol for both hand delivered gifts and shipped gifts. FEDEX charges a $5.50 alcohol signature fee. Please be sure to include their email address so that they can be alerted to the delivery window time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY AREN’T HOME FOR DELIVERY?

Fedex will leave a note saying they attempted delivery and will attempt again the next day. If they are again not home for delivery, they will leave a note with the nearest FEDEX where their gift can be claimed. To avoid this, please include their email address for delivery window updates from FEDEX.

CAN YOU INCLUDE SPIRITS IN MY GIFT?

No. OLCC does not allow the inclusion of hard alcohol in gift baskets. Only liquor stores are authorized to do this.


CAN I COME BY YOUR SHOP AND PICK OUT SOME ITEMS?

No. Our shop is located in a building on our home property and is not zoned for retail traffic. Please see a list of our current inventory on our “Local Food” page.

WILL THERE BE A TAG ON GIFTS FROM THE WOMEN OWNED COLLECTION TO INDICATE THAT IT WAS MADE BY WOMEN OWNED BUSINESSES?
